What is 100% Fruit Juice?
They are pure beverages obtained from the edible parts of fruit or a mixture of fruits. No sugar is added to 100 percent fruit juices. In addition, fruit juices such as apricot and peach, which have a dense consistency but can be tasteless when processed 100%, are diluted with apples and sweetened.

What is fruit nectar?
Fruits with a sour taste such as sour cherry and lemon, or fruits with a thick consistency such as apricot and peach are not suitable to be produced or consumed as 100% fruit juice alone due to their natural structure. Such fruits are diluted with a certain amount of water during processing and sugar is added to maintain the taste balance. This is also called "fruit nectar".

What is juice concentrate?
It is a beverage obtained from the fruit juice obtained from one or more fruit species by physical means by evaporating, filtering or otherwise reducing the water in certain proportions. It is generally consumed in this form by mixing it with other beverages without being consumed.
